Is the newest generation of (TiAlN) thin film PVD
coatings to be offered by Niagara Cutter.

Offers a new level of thermal stability not previously
available from PVD coatings. Microshield HH (TiAlN)
can take the high heat and thermal stresses that occur
in milling heat-treated and exotic materials.

Combines high thermal stability with excellent hardness
for abrasion resistance and a low coefficient of friction,
for lubricity.

Special properties allow end mills and milling cutters
to be used in dry machining applications with performance
results never possible before.

Microshield High Heat-HH is available on a limited
line of cobalt and solid carbide roughing and finishing
end mills.
