Coating provides a new level of high performance to
machining. The Interlocked™ TiCN PVD coating
can bridge the gap between HSS and carbide applications.

Has even higher thin film hardness and a lower coefficient
of friction than Microshield Gold.

Allows for optimal end mill and machine tool performance.
Speeds and feeds can and should be increased in most
applications. Material removal rates can be increased
3 to 5 times that of uncoated tools.

Has superior surface hardness and provides wear protection
to end mills even in the most abrasive materials.

Microshield/High Performance-HP is available as a
standard coating on all Niagara Cutter products.
