NEW NC2000 CATALOG
We are currently introducing our new NC2000
catalog to the market. With 192 pages it's our most ambitious
and comprehensive catalog to date. The NC2000 rounds out
our catalog line, which we feel represents, one of the most
effective sales tools in the industry. Within the pages
of each catalog we define the features and benefits that
set Niagara Cutter apart, as well as provide an easy to
follow pictorial index. All Niagara Cutter product specifications,
physical descriptions (including tool photos), coating options
and current price information on over 6,000 line items and
more than 24,000 variations are included.

Carbide Rougher
Niagara Cutter announces the availability
of a new ELITE series roughing end mill. The SR545 features
a special geometry, along with extra fine grain carbide.
With a 45° helix angle and fine pitch knuckles, the
SR545 provides excellent free cutting properties combined
with the ability to break up the chip in long axial cutting
applications. When coated with Microshield™ HM TiAlN
coating, the SR545 can provide superior metal removal rates
in titanium and exotic materials.

The year 2000 is particularly exciting since
Niagara Cutter has introduced a new generation of full color
ads in the trade magazines, including a new magazine. Niagara
is proud to be an advertiser in a brand new publication
called CUTTING
TECHNOLOGY. From the same, publishers
as AMERICAN MACHINIST (but
with no duplicate circulation) CUTTING
TECHNOLOGY reached 40,000 plant production management
and engineers who purchase and specify machines and cutting
tools.
CATALOGS...
Proof that practice makes perfect. We now
break our product line down into four comprehensive color
catalogs the AL599, EX2000, SC2000 and NC2000. Every end
mill or milling cutter style is identified with its recommended
Microshield ™ coating. In addition, we have added dimensional
and tolerance specifications for each product series. Finally,
we are including list prices and EDP numbers for all products.
We know that everyone has different feelings about how a
catalog should look but we hope you'll agree that the current
literature has evolved into the best so far.

We attended another successful and productive
Fall convention in Chicago. All of us look forward to the
Spring convention, scheduled in May 2001 in Hawaii.

PROGRAMS
Our Niagara Cutter training programs have
been successful beyond our expectations. We're continuing
to offer seminars for varied audiences, and feel that we
have a great deal to offer through traditional A/V "classroom"
presentation as well as emphasis on hands-on experience
in our cutting tool test and evaluation center. It's here
that you'll have a chance to see theory, put to practice,
on aluminum, steel and exotic materials.
