Our Latest Edge Niagara Diamond Coated End Mills After a very extensive research and product development program, Niagara Cutter is now launching its own line of CVD polycrystalline diamond coated end mills. These diamond coated tools are specifically engineered for non-metals like graphite and non-ferrous alloys such as high silicon aluminum. Tool life can extend 10 to 20 times and in some cases up to 50 times over uncoated carbide end mills. Niagara is confident that our specially engineered geometries, superior carbide blanks and diamond coatings will provide high performance answers for today's most abrasive machining applications.

New from Niagara   S545 with Radius Niagara Cutter now offers the popular Elite series S545 as a standard with corner radii and TiAlN coating. The S545 is a five flute 45° helix solid carbide end mill. This new series offers 10 sizes and 8 radius conditions of S545's. New Tools for Die Mold January 2002, Niagara is introducing two new end mills to the market, designated M645 and MB215. These specialty tools are engineered for the die and mold making industry and are designed to machine hardened steels up to 62 Rockwell. All M645 and MB215 tools are supplied with MicroshieldTM TiAlN as a standard product feature.
