Niagara Cutter's complete product offering is now available in one convenient 168-page price/product listing AP98. This comprehensive listing provides pricing for our entire line of High Speed Steel and Cobalt End Mills, Solid Carbide End Mills, Milling Cutters, and Saws. Prices are broken down for every product by size and coating type (i.e., uncoated, TiN, TiCN, and TiAlN). We also have available an end user version L98 that does not include list prices.

Our updated listing features hundreds of new and expanded product lines in High Speed Steel, Cobalt and Solid Carbide End Mills. Product listing information is provided for both inch and metric sizes for all styles of tools including: Roughing End Mills, Milling Cutters, and Slitting Saws. In addition, two new styles of the popular A337 Series for aluminum are available. The ACB337 is a Rougher/Finisher Chipbreaker style and the ALL337 is a Left-Hand Finisher. Our Cobalt products have also expanded with the new series SP408; a Non-Center Cutting Finishing End Mill. The complete offering of existing Cobalt tools has been expanded to include a more comprehensive selection of Roughing End Mills, Ball End and Roughing Shell Mill styles.

The new price list also includes several other features for the convenience of our distributors. Most notably, the addition of a sequential EDP listing for over 22,000 standard Niagara products.

New EXCEL® Cobalt Series Cuts Down on Hard-to-Machine Metals Niagara Cutter is making hard-to-machine exotic metals a thing of the past. Because of their advanced design, our new NIAGARA EXCEL® Cobalt end mills cut right through difficult to machine metals like: Titanium, Stainless Steel, Inconel 718, Heat-Treated Steel, Monel, Hastalloy-C, Invar, Rene-41 and Waspalloy. These tough, new end mills feature ASP-30 PM, 8% Cobalt steel, with a 35° helix angle, fully formed ground flutes, and eccentric primary clearance. Now, when customers are milling difficult to machine metals they can count on longer tool life, higher performance, and improved part finish. We developed the new EXCEL series to help our distributors meet the increasing customer demand for high performance Cobalt end mills.

Speed & Feed Charts Now Available on CD ROM To help our distributors explain to customers how they can achieve maximum productivity, Niagara Cutter has always offered detailed speed and feed application data. Now our complete database of more than 300 different material types is available on the new "Optimizer" CD-ROM. Select the material you wish to machine, and the "Optimizer" provides speeds and feeds for roughing and finishing end mills, taking both axial and radial depths of cut into account. In addition, data is provided for both coated and uncoated tools.
