Machinability Ratings of Materials
A machinability rating chart which provides a broad cross section of materials that are commonly machined. Using the speed and feed charts for HSS or carbide, speeds in SFM and feed in chip load per tooth can be selected based on the Machinability Rating of the material to be machines.
